The Department of Anaesthesiology at Amina Hospital works in conjunction with all specialities and provides inter-disciplinary medical care & covers Intensive care Medicine, Emergency Medicine and out-patient clinics. Our Anaesthesiologists provide Anaesthesia & Analgesia for patients undergoing surgery, diagnostic and radiation procedures. The anaesthetist determines the appropriate method of anaesthesia for a patient by a physical examination, an evaluation of the patient’s clinical results and a risk assessment profile. Our trained team of Anaesthesiologists provide patient-centred services in perioperative clinical services in Surgery and render quality care to the critically ill as well as assist in chronic pain management.
